The second general election of Xiamen Stone Foreign Trade Association
The second general election of Xiamen Stone Foreign Trade Association and the second inaugural meeting of the Board of Directors (Supervisors) were successfully held.
On January 8, the second general election meeting of Xiamen Stone Foreign Trade Association and the inauguration ceremony of the second board of directors (supervisors) were successfully held. Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau Social Organization Administration leaders and guests and member representatives jointly supervised and witnessed the general election work. Mr. Zheng Jinjin, chairman of Jinyuan Stone, was elected as the new president of Xiamen Stone Foreign Trade Association.

In order to implement the requirements of the provincial, municipal and competent departments on the deployment of epidemic prevention and control work, to promote the normal development of the activities of the general election, the meeting was strictly in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention by limiting the number of attendees and reducing the meeting time; Xiamen Civil Affairs Bureau, Social Organizations Administration Director Lin attended the meeting to witness and supervise the process of the General Assembly. The meeting was formally held in accordance with the relevant provisions of the constitution. Firstly, the meeting listened to the work report of the first council by Zheng Jinjin, the president of Xiamen Stone Foreign Trade Association, and the financial report of the first council by Yao Sanping, the secretary general of the association.

The members' representatives considered the draft amendment to the Constitution of the Association, the draft of the membership fee standard and management method and the draft of the election method according to the agenda of the General Assembly, which was passed unanimously.
Election of the new council (supervisory) leadership team
The second part of the meeting held the second session of the first Council (Supervisory) Council, the meeting considered the new Council, Supervisory Board leadership candidates list, will elect a new President, Supervisor, Executive Vice President, Vice President, Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General. The representatives of all members present at the venue all participated in the voting election and cast their votes. Finally, the count was over, and under the supervision of the supervisors, the moderator read out the voting results, all the candidate directors valid votes exceeded two-thirds of the issued ballots, and the new Council and Supervisory Board were successfully produced.

Inauguration ceremony
According to the election method and vote counting results, Li Haijun, the chief of superintendent of votes, came on stage to announce the list of election results. Mr. Zheng Jinjin was elected as the new president, Mr. Lv Donghai was elected as the chairman of the supervisors, and the leaders of the Civil Affairs Bureau awarded him a plaque; Lin Clean, Ding Congqing, Zhou Zixuan and Chen Xiaotu were the executive vice presidents, Yao Sanping was the secretary general, Chen Yanping was the executive vice secretary general, and Hong Wenfu and Zheng Jie were the supervisors (please see the detailed list below). Mr. Zheng Jinjin, the new president, made an inaugural report on stage.
